Percy Mendoza
Percy Mendoza, a San Diego native, is the co-founder of S&P Landscapes. With over six years in the landscape construction industry, his passion for aesthetics and efficiency has contributed greatly to commercial buildings across Southern California’s golden regions.

Samuel Love
Samuel Love was born and raised in San Diego, CA. Growing up he had a passion for design, building, and creation of all sorts. Inspired to improve upon the dull brutalist design language of the 1970s-2000s, he Co-Founded S&P Development Group to help trail-blaze reigniting good design in American builds.
